Dexter Fillet Knives have carbon steel blades with a natural hardwood handle.
These knives are availible in 4 different lengths: 5 inch, 6 inch, 7 inch and 8 inch.
The 6 inch is avalible in a narrow blade.
Care Instructions
Blades with carbon steel require a little extra care.
Keep the blade clean and dry.
Blades tend to darken with age and use, but don't worry, this creates a protective coating.
If the blade rusts, remove it with steel wool or another abrasive cleanser.
